Time moves Fast

It is hard to believe that it has been a year; time moves very fast and yet it seems like yesterday.
In the being I had several dreams, thought I heard him walking in the apartment I’d see him out of the corner of my eye sleeping in his favorite spot. But as time moved forward they became less frequent.

Until last month with “G’s” episode then he once again was in my dreams looking strong with his big ears back, big grin on his face that I always felt was a privet joke going on in his head.
And I thought I heard his tags jingling from behind the front door as when he used to greet me when entering my home.
Unlike “G” who makes almost everybody feels like they are her best friend when she greets you; if she shies away from a person then that person is not worth knowing.
much younger "G"
Hamlet ignored almost everyone I think I could count the number of people on one hand who he acknowledged. There was a guy in the park that had his own dogs and he would carry treats for them. He would toss one to Hamlet who would catch it in the air then spit it out “G” would grab it as it hit the floor.  It still brings a smile to my face.

Almost to the year

?1995/6 - May 14 2011

Almost to the year, (click here)
I would like to take a moment to thank the staff of the NYC Veterinary Hospital of Queens, NY for taken such good care of Hamlet in the last few hours of his life. they are an incredible group of people and I'm very thankful I have them in my neighborhood.

Doubt thou the stars are fire,
Doubt that the sun doth move,
Doubt truth to be a liar,
But never doubt I love.
Hamlet
Act III, Scene II

Well May sucked! and I am thankful it is over. One thing to beware of is this lovely virus that attacked my computer with a wrecking ball. It was a big hit with me, and im feeling a little stupid because I hit "FIX" (don't hit "FIX")

I thought I got rid of it two or three days before it reappeared and well my computer is now running on two cylinders instead of eight; I'm almost confident I killed it this time. But I am not going to attempt to repair all the damage it has caused. I don't have the disc to rebuild my favorite program and I was going to start looking for a new system anyway since this one is 5-6 years old. So I have this one running well enough to check emails and checkout websites (for a new computer)

Good news!
"G" is now walking up the ramp instead of jumping to the top of it. Just think it took only thirteen years to convince her it is not evil and it would be okay to walk up it she never had a problem walking down it.
